Il rispetto è la BASE di qualunque azione-discorso-pensiero. Rispetto TOTALE.
Non ti annullano appuntamenti 5minuti prima. Il tempo che ti viene dedicato è tuo. Non sei un nome inserito in un programma giornaliero. Non vieni ritenuto incompetente se non hai la barba bianca e l’aria burbera. RISPETTO.
Meritocrazia
Se sei capace in quello che fai, sei cosciente del punto 1 qui sopra, e hai voglia di lavorare, pare che sia impossibile non trovare un impiego in Nuova Zelanda. La meritocrazia è il metro di misura dell’avanzamento di carriera, qui i cugini degli amici degli amici hanno vita breve. Se porti risultati costanti, sarai ripagato. Se tenti di fare il furbo, sei out.
L’invidia non esiste
Fai un buon lavoro, o avanzi in carriera prima di un tuo collega più anziano? Non ti bucano le gomme della macchina urlando vendetta, ma ci si sofferma ad osservare il motivo di questa promozione, per migliorare sè stessi. Fantascienza? No, New Zealand! Vecchio, giovane, europeo, asiatico, cameriere, freelance: non ci sono differenze. L’ammirazione ha casa qui.
Flessibilità e “lay back”
NON si deve avere l’aria triste ed indaffarata per far intendere che stai facendo il tuo lavoro nel modo migliore. Se eviti di spezzarti la schiena perchè hai trovato una SOLUZIONE più adatta, non vuole dire che sei nullafacente. Lay back! E appunto, per ogni problema c’è un rimedio. Non perdere tempo a piangerti addosso, pensa alla soluzione. Praticità assoluta!
Modestia
Dall’incontro con la madre di Ben Atiga alle Black Fern, alla super manager, sfido chiunque a trovare un cosiddetto “sbruffone”. Una modestia incredibile. E la ricchezza non si ostenta. Mille punti ai neozelandesi.
Certo, però hanno le bottiglie di vino con il tappo a vite…

Respect in the others, whoever they may be
Respect is the BASIS of any action-thought-speech. TOTAL respect.
Don’t cancel any appointment 5minutes before. The time that is dedicated to you is yours. Not a name was added to a daily schedule. You are not considered incompetent if you don’t have a white beard and gruff air. RESPECT.
Meritocracy
If you can in what you are able to do, you are aware of point 1 above, and you want to work, it seems that it’s impossible to don’t find a job in New Zealand. Meritocracy is the yard stick in the career, here the cousins of friends of friends have a short life. If you bring consistent results, you will be rewarded. If you try to be sly, you’re out.
Envy doesn’t exist
Make a good job, or advance in your career before more senior colleagues? No pierces in the tires of the car screaming for revenge, but stop to observe the reason of this promotion, to improve themselves. Fantasy? No, New Zealand! Old, young, European, Asian, waiter, freelance: there are no differences. Admiration has a house here.
Flexibility and ”lay back”
You don’t have to look sad and busy to understand you’re doing your job in the best way. If you avoid breaking your back because you found a solution, does not mean that you are layabouts. Lay back! And indeed, there is a remedy for every problem.Do not waste time feeling sorry, think about the solution. Absolute convenience!
Modesty
Encounter with the mother of Ben Atiga, the Black Fern, the super-managers, I challenge anyone to find a so-called ”bully”. An incredible modesty. And you do not flaunt wealth. A thousand points to the New Zealanders.
